Support
& Membership
Eirra offers carefully curated digital programmes and a private membership, providing access to virtual consultations, professional guidance, and educational resources. Designed to support families wherever they are, digital care allows continuity of support beyond location or travel.

Eirra was created out of belief that the postpartum period deserves care, presence and understanding equal to pregnancy and birth.
Yet for many mothers, this time remains overlooked, leaving lasting effects on wellbeing, confidence and family life.
Eirra is shaped by both personal experience and professional practice. Growing up, I witnessed the impact of unrecognised postpartum depression within my own family; my mother experienced postnatal depression following childbirth, a quiet absence of support that never fully resolved. This experience shaped my understanding of how deeply the postpartum period can influence not only a mother’s wellbeing, but the wider family over time. It also became a quiet but powerful motivation behind my decision to become a nurse and to dedicate my work to supporting mothers and newborns during the early weeks after birth.
Through years of experience in private postpartum care, I repeatedly witnessed the same gap: mothers navigating recovery feeling unsupported and expected to manage alone. Eirra was created in response to offer a more thoughtful, discreet approach to postpartum support.
